First off,I'd like to thank Jim and the team,it's been a while and I'm learning a lot.I just got back into sales and am having a difficult time,the leads are somewhat qualified,( people we call that have expressed an interest in the product through a brochere they got).I'm finding that a lot of these people have already been talked to but haven't bought,my manager has to pay for these leads and although there's no quota,I getting stressed out between bugging these people and not sure how to get past this and their objections,thank you.
