How has this helped me?

I cannot begin to tell you how "open my mouth was", and how "closed my ears were", on a sales call until I found your website.

All of us think we are good salespeople until we wake up to ourselves and take a hard look at what we are doing.

The art of closing the sale course was only the start.

I have purchased a number of your books and found them fascinating reading.

I now listen to the babble of other sales people and hear what I used to sound like.

As you can see by the title of this testimonial, I have created a new word that I say to myself before I talk to a client.

"CYMOYE" - Pronounced "Sigh-moy"

I too see a lot of people stumbling with words, I sometimes check back with the customers others have had no business created with, I have a place in the office where they can put what they call bad leads.

Then I go, I introduce myself as a security consultant with ADT, simply acknowledge the fact that they were approached by a "sales person" and ask if they had questions, or an issue that wasn't taken of - in about half the people I approach and listen to, I help them get the information that THEY need, and thus, help schedule a time for their system can be installed.

A lot of sales people whine about the recession. I know that most people want and need what I offer, It's about helping them, not just making the sale.

Plus when you provide a good service, they usually offer a few referrals.Keep on keeping on.
