feedback on Closing The Sale e Course

Hey Jim

First of all I would just like to say thank you for sending me your e course on closing the sale, I found the tips very beneficial and I'll be definitely implementing them in my Sales Training sessions.

I am also half way through your book the 12 best questions to ask customers and I am thouroughly enjoying it, in fact my highlighter pen appears to be running out of ink I have highlighted so many quotes and paragraphs.
