How To Stay In Touch With Your Customers

My friend, Stanley Mills, is one of the best real estate agents in America – makes a lot of money and has built an incredible clientele. His biggest secret: Stay in touch!!!

He has figured out numerous creative ways to communicate regularly with those on his list. Here’s one of my favorites ….

He has lots of info in his database on each client; including anniversary date; two days before a man’s anniversary date he calls him and says “Charlie, it’s Stanley Mills calling. I wanted to remind you that day after tomorrow is your anniversary and I didn’t want you to overlook it! Megan deserves better than that.”

It invariably evokes laughter and thanks.
