New to Outside Sales

Thank you Jim,

I recently started a job with a Fortune 500 company selling copiers. I have been a sales manager for the last 15 years (in a commission retail sales environment) and outside sales is something very new to me.

To say the least, this has been very challenging. I am more skilled at leading and managing teams. With that being said, your sales tips have offered me great insight, helped me see things in a different way or at least spin things another way . . .
