Key Selling Secrets
Used By Selling Superstars

Successful salespeople rely on these selling secrets to claim the "Top gun" status in their respective sales organizations.

They have clearly defined personal and professional goals in writing. It’s not the writing that achieves the goal: it’s the specificity of the goal. Writing makes it vi sable and ensures it gets done.

Successful salespeople pursue their goals passionately. Their passion creates excitement and focus. Once the goal is set, successful salespeople think, “yes I can” rather than “yes I can’t.” The difference between can and can’t is the letter “T” for TRY. They work with gusto and sparkling eyes.

Another selling secret of very successful salespeople is that they go out of their way to be different. They recognize it’s a curse to blend in and a virtue to stand out. They’ll handout fortune cookies with a note they created. They’ll take pictures of their customers using their products and include them in the proposal.

The best salespeople never take themselves for granted and they never take their customers for granted either. They also are also careful not to use any slick selling techniques that might turn off their sales prospects and customers.

The salespeople who are the best and the brightest display an attitude of gratitude. They are quick to show their appreciation. They are also quick to recognize their customer's achievements. They also write thank you notes everyday to their internal and external customers.

The best salespeople always have positive attitudes. They always expect the best. Successful salespeople aren’t immune to the daily swings in day-to-day living. They aren’t easily derailed from their mission as professional salespeople. When they experience a negative situation, they refuse to wear it as a badge of discouragement. They shrug it off and concentrate on the opportunities they have.

Professional salespeople view themselves as students of selling instead of masters of selling. You’ll seldom hear a top-of-the-heap salesperson boast “I’ve always done it this way.” They’re always changing, fine-tuning, and adjusting their methods. They start, stop, and change things on an as needed basis. They have little time for ruts and routines.

Another selling secret is that the most talented salespeople always seem to make the best use of their time. They are masters at self-management. You can bet they own a copy of my latest book,"57 Ways To Take Control Of Your Time And Your Life."

Success depends on you taking the “road less traveled.” Success comes first to those who hustle. Success is within your reach if you work hard to achieve it. Achieving selling success isn't easy but it's extremely rewarding.

Everyone is capable of becoming the person they want to be. As long as you’re breathing – it’s never too late.

And here's one more selling secret for you. Never be too busy to get smart. Read everyday - because you will eventually become what you read. You can add this book your personal library (You do have one, don't you) "57 Ways To Take Control Of Your Time And Your Life."

Remember, how you think is everything! I mean everything.
