Hi Jim-

I signed up for your "Start Selling More Newsletter" online. When I get emails like this I generally read the first sentence and then delete them.

When I receive yours I literally print them out and keep them in a little notebook.

They have been extremely helpful, and though I am generally a cynic, I actually did see a huge growth in sales.
